Low on alcohol, high on refreshment. Aperol, Proseccco and Soda - an Italian classic.

Espresso Martini

Originally named the "Vodka Espresso." We use vodka, Kahlua, fresh espresso and a dash of butterscotch for flavour.

Cosmopolitan

The now ubiquitous mix of vodka, cointreau lime and cranberry juice makes for a great drink.

Dark and Stormy

A fitting name for this drink with a texture of stormy sea clouds. Dark rum, lime juice, bitters and ginger beer.

Moscow Mule

Vodka, lime and ginger beer. The ginger beer gives a "kick" hence the mule.

Manhattan

Strong and stirred. Whiskey, sweet vermouth, cherries and bitters.

Good Spirits Signature Sour

Gin, elderflower, lemon juice, passionfruit, orange bitters and egg white. It's as delicious as it sounds.

Whiskey Sour

The original sour and a catalyst for most others. Bourbon, lemon juice, egg white, simple syrup and bitters.

New York Sour

A whiskey sour with a twist. Topped with a Spanish dry red for flavour and aesthetic.

Little Blossom

A balanced mix of sloe gin, violette liqueur, cherry syrup, lemon and lime juice with orange bitters. Seasonal garnish.

Pisco Sour

The Peruvian Liquor Pisco adds a nice twist for this sour. Egg white, simple syrup, bitters and lemon juice.

Gin Fizz

Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white and soda. Crisp and refreshing.

Vodka Sour

Vodka, lemon juice, bitters, simple syrup and egg white. Garnished with edible flowers and mint.

Sloe Gin Sour

Gin, lemon juice, egg white, simple syrup, wild berry and almond liqueur.

Tequila Sour

Tequila, lemon juice, lime juice, bitters, egg white and simple syrup.

Amaretto Sour

Amaretto, cask-proof bourbon, simple syrup, egg white, lemon juice and brandied cherries.

SWEET MENU

Mai Tai

Tahitian for good but we think it's better than that. Light rum, dark rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, grenadine, almond syrup and a dash of bitters.

French 75

Named after the French 75-millimetre gun during WW1. Gin, champagne, lemon juice and simple syrup.

Pina Colada

Needs no introduction. White rum, coconut rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice.

Jungle Bird

Originated in Kuala lumpur. Dark rum, Campari, demerara syrup, pineapple juice, lime juice.

Paloma

A thirst quenching combination of tequila, lime and grapefruit soda.

Prosecco Margarita

A bubbly take on the classic Margarita. Tequila, lime, triple sec, topped with Prosecco.

Caipirinha

The national drink of Brazil. Cachaca, sugar, lime and a dash of soda.

French Martini
